Delivery: FOB port odessa or illychevsk (black sea, Ukraine) .
Minimum quantity: 10, 000 MT per month.
Duration of the contract: From 1 to 12 months (at buyer option's) .
Inspection: The certificate sgs of quality and quantity in the ukrainian port of loading at seller's cost.
Payment terms: Irrevocable, transferable L / c at sight from prime American or European bank (top 100) .
Performance bond: 2% .
If buyer want delivery CFR aswp-payment should be the divisible letter of credit. The first part of the letter of credit to seller, the second part of the letter of credit on the transport company.
The buyer can be present at loading at the port of loading. The seller will preliminary notify the buyer on a place, time and a shipping date. Visiting by the buyer of a factory-manufacturer is impossible.
The buyer also can arrive to Ukraine for signing the contract, but only after preliminary signing such contract through a fax. In this case the seller will prepare the official invitation to the buyer for arrival to Ukraine.
